I just placed an order, when will my item ship? How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day. Kindly note, due to increased volume of orders, ground shipments can sometimes take up to 48 hours to be fulfilled.
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.
Service days below are in addition to the processing time:
UPS GROUND – up to 5 business days within the 48 states.
UPS 2-DAY – 2 business days. Saturday delivery not available.
UPS NEXT DAY – 1 business day. Saturday delivery not available.
Please note if you order on a holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.
I want an update on my placed order
You will receive confirmation emails with tracking once your order is placed. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order’s information to be fully processed and updated. If you have questions regarding the status or tracking of your shipment, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call customer service at (212) 719-9400 between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Customer service is closed on the weekends.
Can you ship my order to a post office box?
At this time we do not offer shipping to Post Office Boxes.
What are the rates for shipping and handling?
Your order will be shipped by UPS from Bethel, Connecticut Monday through Friday. We ship within the Continental U.S., Hawaii and Puerto Rico. You will have the option to choose Ground, 2nd Day Air or Overnight. The table below provides a list of estimated shipping rates available in the Continental U.S. Only:
