Returns and Exchanges
What is the return policy?
tyler böe will gladly exchange or refund your online purchase in the following condition:
- Garment is unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags attached.
- Must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Kindly note it will be at the customers own expense and must have a proper Return Authorization number.
- We only accept items purchased through tylerboe.com
- Garments received as a gift can be exchanged or given a merchandise credit within 30 days of the purchase date. When returning, please indicate this was a gift and provide full name of person who placed the order.
- Sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE and is non-refundable.
- If an item is damaged of defective, please contact us immediately and if the item is stock, we can replace or offer merchandise credit.
- Kindly note that upon receipt of merchandise back, all returns, exchanges and credits can take up to two weeks to finalize:
- Within 15 days of delivery: Full refund, merchandise credit, exchange for another size/color or item of equal value.
- Within 30 days of delivery: Full merchandise credit or exchange for another size/color or item of equal value.
- Credit will only be given on the merchandise returned not the shipping charges. Original shipping charges will be deducted from credit due and we do not accept C.O.D. shipping on returns.
