What is the return policy?

How do I return or exchange an item?

Kindly read our return requirements. If requirements are not met, tyler böe reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Kindly note our customer service hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Customer service is closed over the weekends and all emails will be returned within 24-48 hours of submission.

tyler böe will gladly exchange or refund your online purchase in the following condition:

  • Garment is unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags attached.
  • Must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Kindly note it will be at the customer's own expense and must have a proper Return Authorization number.
  • We only accept items purchased through
  • Garments received as a gift can be exchanged or given a merchandise credit within 30 days of the purchase date. When returning, please indicate this was a gift and provide the full name of the person who placed the order.
  • All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and if the item is in stock, we can replace or offer merchandise credit.
  • Kindly note that upon receipt of merchandise back, all returns, exchanges and credits can take up to 2 weeks to finalize.
  • Credit will only be given on the merchandise returned, not on shipping charges. Original shipping charges will be deducted from credit due and we do not accept C.O.D. shipping on returns.
