What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached.
How do I start a return or exchange?
You can begin your return or exchange through our returns portal:

You’ll need your order number and email, phone number, or zip code.
Once completed, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
Is there a return fee?
No and exchanges are always free.
How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are processed within 10 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes – exchanges are quick and easy. Simply initiate your exchange through our returns portal, and we’ll process your new item once your original return is received.
What items are final sale?
Any items that are marked final sale are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us at returns@tylerboe.com as soon as possible.
Items are considered defective if:
- They arrive damaged, looks worn in any way, does not have a tag or
- A manufacturing issue occurs within 30 days or purchase
If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a refund.
What condition must items be in to be returned?
Returned items must be in perfect, resellable condition. This includes tags on the garment.
